“Love”
Love is a cruel mistress, often leading us astray
into dark corners and broken hearts.
She is a siren, luring us with her false promises
of happiness and eternal bliss.
Too often, we find ourselves caught in her web,
bleeding and broken, our hearts in tatters.
How can we hope to survive her onslaught?
“Heartbreak”
Heartbreak is the sharpest pain,
cutting through us like a knife.
It leaves us raw and bleeding,
our hearts in pieces on the ground.
We try to pick up the pieces and move on,
but the pain is always there,
haunting us in the dark of night.
“Betrayal”
Betrayal is a bitter pill to swallow,
choking us with its bitterness.
We trusted them, and they betrayed us.
They pretended to be our friends,
but in the end, they only wanted to hurt us.
We swore we would never trust them again,
but the wounds they inflicted ran deep.
“Pain”
Pain is our constant companion,
haunting us day and night.
It is the price we pay for living,
for feeling love and heartbreak.
It is the price we pay for being human.
And yet, we would not trade it,
for it is what makes us alive.
